Thank you for your interest in participating in the Baltic M&A and Private Equity Forum 2026 (hereinafter - the Forum).

This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR) and applicable data protection legislation.

By starting and submitting the Forum registration form (including partial completion), you confirm that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy, consent to the processing of your personal data as described herein, and confirm that all information provided by you is accurate and lawfully disclosed.

If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not complete the registration form.

3. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

Personal data are processed exclusively for the following purposes:

• registration and participation in the Forum;
• communication with participants, including confirmations, programme updates, logistical information, and organisational changes;
• identification of participants;
• ensuring access to restricted Forum-related digital platforms, content, and materials available only to registered users;
• distribution of announcements, news, surveys, and information related to the Forum and its thematic focus, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance, and related investment topics.

Personal data shall not be processed for purposes incompatible with those listed above.

4. Categories of Personal Data Processed

The following categories of personal data may be collected and processed:

• identification data (minimum necessary scope);
• professional and contact information (such as name, company, position, and e-mail address);
• other information voluntarily provided by the data subject via the registration form.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

Personal data are processed on the basis of:

• the data subject's consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; and
• the necessity to take steps related to participation in the Forum in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

6. Submission of Data and Consent

Submission of personal data and consent to processing is deemed to have occurred when:

• the registration form is fully completed and submitted; or
• the registration process is initiated, including partial completion of the registration form.

7. Data Retention Period

Personal data are stored and processed for a period of 24 months from the date of submission. After the expiration of this period, personal data shall be permanently deleted, unless:

• the retention period is extended for legitimate purposes related to the Forum or its follow-up activities; and
• the data subject is informed in advance and provided with the opportunity to withdraw consent or object to further processing

8. Rights of the Data Subject

In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to:

• access your personal data;
• request rectification or completion of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
• request erasure of your personal data;
• withdraw your consent at any time;
• request restriction of processing or object to the processing of your personal data.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
